PrusaCaster Electric Guitar
This is my take on the well-known PrusaCaster Electric Guitar. I believe that wood will always look better than an FDM print (as much as I love Additive Manufacturing), so I wanted to change it up. I modified the design slightly, and used a parameter-driven model to create the neck, defining fret count, scale length, and everything else. This guitar was designed and built as a graduation gift for one of my coworkers.
For the project, I've used a CNC router, DSLM 3D Printer, Laser Cutter, Waterjet, and of course, elbow grease.
